If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible by phone or email.
Cancellation Fee Structure: A cancellation fee will be calculated based on the number of days before your scheduled check-in date that we receive your cancellation notice:
Cancellation made 30 days or more before the check-in date: 15% of the total booking value will be deducted.
Cancellation made between 11 and 29 days before the check-in date: 25% of the total booking value will be deducted.
Cancellation made 10 days or fewer before the check-in date: 50% of the total booking value will be deducted.
No-Shows: No refund will be provided.
Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days.
